General Provisions and Definitions

These terms are written in Bengali and have been drafted with users in Bangladesh in mind. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Account Registration and Verification

A valid account must be created in order to use services on the g2999 platform. You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when completing the registration process.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number and email provided at registration must be accurate.
• The mobile number used for registration must be active and registered in your own name.
• g2999 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
• In the event of false information being provided, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 — Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

The services of the g2999 platform are available to adults only.

• You must be at least 21 years old to use g2999's services. (For those aged 21+ only.)
• If it is proven that a minor has fraudulently created an account, that account and all associated transactions will be considered void.
• g2999 may request a national identity card or birth registration certificate for age verification.
• Persons who are acting on behalf of a third party rather than using our platform for their own betting are ineligible to use the service.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

g2999 provides secure transaction facilities through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

4.1 — Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka), for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4.2 — Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method registered to your account.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• In the case of suspicious activity, g2999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and may request further verification of information.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) before withdrawing.
• There may be a specific time limit for completing the wagering requirement, which will be stated in the offer description.

5.2 — General Bonus Policy

• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are withdrawable, but only after the wagering conditions have been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Taking bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• g2999 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 — VIP Cashback Program

g2999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play and on the basis of active participation. Wagering conditions may apply to VIP cashback.

Game Rules and Fair Play

g2999 believes in the principle of fair play. All games offered on our platform are supplied by reliable software providers and are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Each game has specific rules that can be seen in the game interface.
• If the outcome of any bet is unclear due to a technical error, g2999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount.

Account Suspension and Termination

g2999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide documents required for identity verification in a timely manner.
• During an active investigation or legal proceedings.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.

9.2 — Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. You may also request voluntary self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.
